This journey started a year ago in May. Chip with Affordable Flooring came out and provided us with samples and an estimate. Over the course of the year, I went back and forth deciding on the LVP color. He came out like 4 times with different samples and was so gracious each time! I ultimately went with the color I chose in May 2025 each time…and he didn’t get irritated with me. He was making sure that I was completely happy with my decision. They started the project on June 1, 2026. His guys moved furniture (which was a lot) with such great care… and put it all back together in the same fashion. Took extra care with my cats, and the flooring outcome? Well, I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY! It came out beautiful and I just can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the level of professionalism by Chip and his crew. Highly recommend Affordable Flooring of SWFL without any hesitation at all!!! Great job guys! Thanks so very much!!!

After researching several companies and getting a few estimates, I am so glad I went with Affordable Flooring of SWFL. Charles was very responsive and scheduled an appointment the next day. He brought samples to my home, which was extremely convenient. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. The team that came was extremely efficient and thorough. I am so happy with the way the floors turned out! Charles also followed up with me afterwards to ensure I was completely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Affordable Flooring of SWFL if you are looking for a flooring company!
Chip fixed my floors almost 6 years ago and did an amazing job, 4200 sqft home done in a couple days. His cost of labor at the time was significantly better than all competitors and the workmanship was superior. This week when doing a deep clean of the house we noticed two areas of the house where the flooring had warped due to moisture. I called Chip and he came and took care of it for no charge. Mind you this is 6 years later and an issue that was my fault. You will not find this level of professional integrity anywhere. I would recommend him to everyone no matter what flooring needs you have. 5 stars for quality of work, timeliness, and communication. I’d give 8 stars if it was an option.
From start to finish Chip & his men did an outstanding job! From choosing the product with in-home samples, to installation, to clean up - professional, courteous, convenient, and affordable!
