The company has a great communication text services that keeps you updated with the tech and eta on arrival. Luis, was very professional and thorough on arrival . I live in Miami and was hoping to find a reputable company with integrity that my wife and I can entrust our rental property with in Cape Coral and start a trust relationship. I felt that right away. We enrolled in the membership program, and that’s perfect for us. I am a tech also and experienced in the field and Luis went above and beyond. He check the ducts in the attic, did complete coil, pan and condenser cleaning. He was able locate issue and correct it. Thank you LUIS.
We had our whole A/C system replaced which meant a full day for the team from Advanced Air. I can’t say enough about how satisfied we are with the whole experience. The two men who installed were polite, clean, and very respectful. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are in need of a new system. I almost forgot to mention that I feel the price was very good.
Fabulous experience today with Jeff. Came out to give us a quote for a new Air Conditioner. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great man and great company. Please let the boss know that we are very happy with Jeff and how he represents the company. The installers Carlos and James were top notch. Professional and they left the garage in perfect condition. The installation looks beautiful and I have a cool house again. Thanks guys

James A and Yuset C worked together for a total of 9 hours to complete the installation of my new Trane system. They were polite and efficient and left my garage neat and clean. They even emptied the dead bugs out of my 4 garage ceiling lights when I asked them to help me out. Very pleased with service!
