Was able to have a maintenance technician come out the same day I called. Came when he was scheduled and completed the service quickly and completely. Great job Accurate Comfort Services.
Our blower failed just as the cold front set in. Murphys law. Accurate sent their tech in a matter of a few hours and he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed things. Very nice technician and prompt service. Our building uses another local company, but I've moved my regular system care to Accurate. I'm hoping to switch the building over to them so we actually feel like a valued customer.
The work that was performed was very professional the gentleman that did the inspection and maintenance on our air-conditioning system was terrific and I would highly recommend them getting an appointment did take quite a while of flexibility of the company. I think they need they should add additional staff to their annual maintenance program.
I continue to be impressed with the service I receive from Accurate Comfort. Amber got me scheduled right away and Aidan showed up on time and clearly explained what triggered my system to shut down. Both were patient and spoke clearly about the situation. It’s really appreciated when you receive consistently great service like I’ve experienced.
