A/C stopped cooling. Nunez came out and the normal flushing didnt work. He brought out the big guns - powerful tank to blow air to force the gunk out. Also saw that the filter size that was being used was incorrect -fixed that. Explained what happens and why in SW FL the A/C shuts down every few months, and provided some options. He was very up-beat, positive and full of life. What a joy to be around! Next time, HE's the tech I will request.

My 11 year old Bryant AC is limping. It needs a $1600 blower motor. It is recommended that I get a new system. I received a thorough price estimate within 3 days detailing the costs of the new system. I did contact another company with an office in Ft Myers. The FT Myers company was prompt, efficient and thorough, but it's estimate for the exact same AC system and parts was over $3000 more. They claim to guarantee no costs for parts and service for 10 years...but, we all know how that stuff works.

We’ve been customers of Accurate Comfort Systems for the last 8 years - during this period they have maintained our HVAC systems at our condominium on Marco Island. We have always found them to provide exceptional people who are knowledgeable and professional. During Hurricane Ian in September our 5 year old condenser was impacted by flooding salt water and the Accurate team recommended we replace the system after they inspected is and they could not locate a replacement for the condenser. Today, Accurate sent a 2 man team to replace our system - led by JAMES. His work was (is) completely professional and totally clean. Listening to him and seeing the result of his work has left us totally impressed. I’m a perfectionist and it’s obvious that James is too. If you’re living on Marco Island or East Naples we strongly recommend that you consider Accurate Comfort Systems to be your HVAC partner. Accurate is locally owned and the team rates 5 stars.

I recently had my air conditioning system replaced by Accurate Comfort Air, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their competitive pricing, exceptional service, and outstanding professionalism. A few days after the installation, I experienced an issue with my oven. During a scheduled quality check, Jasen took the time to investigate the problem and discovered a faulty kitchen breaker. He replaced the breaker at no charge, going above and beyond my expectations. Thanks to this level of dedication and care, I’ll be relying on Accurate Comfort Air for all my future HVAC needs. I highly recommend them for their integrity, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a long-time resident of Marco Island, I've had my fair share of experiences with different HVAC companies. Still, none have come close to the service and professionalism provided by Accurate Comfort Services. We recently had Accurate install a new AC unit in our Marco Island home and were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise throughout the process. The technicians were punctual and clearly explained all aspects of the installation. They have reasonable maintenance plans, and their salesman/manager, Jasen, was very knowledgeable. What I liked about them, too, was that they did not try to upsell you like other companies we have come across. I was so impressed that I'm having them do my office when the time comes. Honest, professional, and reliable is something you don't see often nowadays. Accurate is the real deal.
