Our experience with Mary at Academy Home Kitchen and Bath was wonderful. She answered all our questions immediately, returned phone calls promptly and was always available to help in every way. Mike, who supervised the job kept us on schedule and handled the day-to-day questions that we had. Cortez, who did our tile work, is an absolute artist. Our shower tile turned out beautifully. The entire crew were timely, polite and they cleaned up after every stage of the job. We received such great customer service from everyone involved. It was a pleasure doing business with Academy.
I could not expect anymore from a bathroom remodel. Mary and the entire support staff were amazing. Our project included the removal of a bathtub to build out a modern standup shower with custom glass doors and replacement of the builders countertops, all in the guest bedroom. As all projects go ,there were some small delays. However, Mary and the project manager were communicating throughout the entire project and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The demo and rebuild were clean and efficient. Everyone involved was professional and did exactly what they promised. If you are taking on a remodel project and you want to sleep well knowing it going to be done right and on schedule and budget, I’d recommend Academy. No doubt, I give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (top notch) rating.
I recently had Academy install new Kitchen Cabinets and Granite countertops and backsplash. Joe did the cabinets and the granite team installed the granite they were so nice and friendly not to mention they did a fantastic job. We also that the shower tiled and new doors installed it looks great. I need to say the install took longer than I expected but as soon as Vinny stepped in as project manager I knew I had nothing to worry about, things moved long quickly and very efficiently. Thank you Vinny.
Throughout our bathroom remodeling project, Luke, Mary, Vinny, John, Cesar and Enrique were responsive to all our questions. The staff was professional, respectful, and kept the job site clean daily. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. Our master bathroom was transformed into a calming oasis. I would not hesitate to contact Academy Home Kitchen & Bath for any future remodeling needs.
Academy Home was the best experience for us!! Due to a leak into the master bath and water in the master bedroom. Closet this company had to expedite the work. They were all WONDERFUL!! And my new Bath is Absolutely Gorgeous!! And so is the closet!!! Thanks to Academy Home for EVERYTHING!!
