We needed the carpeting replaced in two bedrooms and a den. We had been putting off the job but Anna from Abbey Carpet in Naples made the project seamless. Abbey had a large variety of carpeting to choose from. Anna was helpful in choosing samples of carpeting to compare at home. She was helpful in narrowing done our choice. Jason setup an appointment and quickly measured the job. Our installers, Ferdinand & Elmer were polite, efficient and moved furniture easily. They cleaned the area after completing the job and made sure we were pleased with the outcome. They wanted us to be happy. We recommend Abbey!

Doing business with Abby Carpet was a simple, quick, and seamless experience. My husband stopped by Abby Carpet’s Naples Showroom to identify a few samples for his office wall-to-wall carpeting. We could then see how the patterns and colors fit with three types of daylight and artificial light. The samples arrived within two days of his visit and we were measured for carpeting the following week. Our carpeting and floor barrier were ready and installed within two weeks. Throughout the process, Abby Carpet was in contact so we knew when to expect someone coming by. The measurer and installers also called to let us know where they were in their time window on their expected day and when to expect them and how long they expected the job to take. Overall, Abby Carpet met and exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Kathy who coordinated the entire project from sales to completion.

The salesperson was very helpful. Her nname was Shelly. She did put pressure on me to buy. I received the merchandise promptly. The delivery personnel were very cordial and installed everything very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would reccommend Abbey Carpet and Floor to my friends

Update one year later: we chose to work with Anna Karfias and Abbey Carpet and Flooring again in a different home and are very pleased with the whole process. The flooring is beautiful and the installers are all professional and skilled. Anna, we can’t thank you enough for all your assistance. We wouldn’t choose another company or Design Floor Specialist! Anna Karfias was a pleasure to work with. She made the whole process easy , especially since we are out of the state during and after the install. She kept us up to date on every step. The floors look beautiful! Thank you, Abbey Carpet and Flooring, Anna, and to the work crew! Will definitely recommend!

Our sales person Jen was unbelievably knowledgeable. She took care of us at each step along the way! Abbey carpet’s services were spot on … letting us see our carpet selections in our home for a few days to cutting our carpet into the round that we wanted, moved furniture onto our new carpet. Highly recommended!
