Spoke with Jacob today who did a fantastic job educating me about my pest problem and providing cost effective options. I live in a condo so our hands are a bit tied by the HOA, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and I hope our community continues to do business with him.
Abate and especially Rob have been amazing! Rob is so professional and considerate. He lets us know every time he comes to treat our lawn and always asks if we need to let our dog out before he starts! He takes the time to ensure that he does a through job. Thank you! We will def recommend Abate!

We purchased our Florida home 3 years ago and started using Abate based on the glowing recommendations from multiple neighbors. We use them for both indoor and outdoor pest control and couldn't be happier. Their response is quick when we call, and they resolve our issues promptly. High praise goes to Rich Williams, who listens to, then addresses our concerns, shares his wealth of knowledge, and makes me smarter in the process. We have a contract with them through my hoa. I used them two years ago to take care of cockroaches inside my house. This time, they showed up after 5 minutes. Looking around they told It's going to cost me $350. And the interior of my house is not included in our contract, which is not true. Then they lied and said, I have german cockroaches, which is also not true.Because I send them the pictures of the cockroaches, I have . I reached out to the manager.It's been over a week now, and never heard from them. Even though we pay for the service through my hoa, I will be taking care of this problem myself . Very unprofessional.
