I had a unique problem and these guys took the extra time to help me out! I have an electric combo lock on my front door that has a keyhole which is under the lock instead of in front of the lock. The key the lock came with had a grip that was so "fat" that there was no way to insert the key as my door had a deadbolt right under it. I asked him to make me some "skinny" keys where he grinded down the grip. Keys worked great and save me a lot of pain if the batteries for the keypad go dead. They also rekeyed another lock to match keys I already had. By all means, these are the go-to locksmiths in Naples!
Went in need only two special keys. Was treated great, got the job done asap for a good price. Saw an excellent selection of safes and vaults. Will definitely go back if I need their services again.
I’m honestly shocked by the $160 charge considering nothing was fixed or resolved during the visit. It felt like I was billed simply for someone to show up and leave. What made the experience even worse was the lack of customer service from Jon. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, he questioned whether my bills were even real and implied they might leak ink, which was frankly insulting and completely unnecessary. For a service call that expensive, I expected at least some effort to troubleshoot or provide value. Instead, I was left with the same issue and a $160 bill. I’d appreciate someone reviewing this charge and addressing the way this situation was handled.
Great Prompt service. A locksmith recognized that as a Realtor my time is very valuable and I needed to get clients in to see the unit right away. They actually arrived earlier than agreed upon and fix the lock immediately. I highly recommend them.
I called on a Monday afternoon for a commercial door closer that was malfunctioning. They gave a fair price over the phone as well as the expected labor cost for install. The part had to be ordered but it arrived two days later and they came out that day to install. I spoke with Marco on the phone and Brian came out to install and both were great to work with, thanks guys!
