We have had a wonderful experience getting new flooring in our house. Jeff from 41 Flooring on the East Trail fhas been very understanding while working with us to make it all happen! His workers are polite and industrious. The floor looks great! We are very happy customers!
We stopped at 41 flooring because we wanted to look at samples of a specific brand. Our condo in Cincinnati had flooded so we wanted to look at samples in person that our builder had sent via text. We told Jeff from the start that we were simply using his samples, and that we would not be buying from him. Jeff could not have been more professional and courteous, even though he knew he was not going to get any business from us at this time. He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the difference between polyester and nylon carpeting. He also explained the different grades. I have been to retailers where I am in the market to buy that day, and they had less interest in customer service than Jeff did, and he knew that he would not make a sale to us that day. Thank you Jeff for your customer service, knowledge and professionalism. You have gained a future customer when our home in Naples needs flooring.
Beautiful show room with plenty of great choices. Jeff was very helpful and the process was a quick one. The installers were top notch as they moved the all furniture prior to installation and put it back exactly as it was. I would highly recommend using this company.
Jeff is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and his installation team are real pros. The very best project/flooring experience I have had here in Naples.
This owner is very unprofessional and a scammer. I bought engineer Flooring showed me the sample. When the flooring arrived, it did not look at all the same. I said this is not the same Flooring . He suggested I rent a U-Haul truck and take it back. Seven hours drives and there will be no 20% restocking fee -once I return the merchandise he went and charged The 20% restocking fee. I told him he just made me go all the way to East Coast, Florida to drop it off. He didn’t care. I also bought some cabinets for kitchen. That’s another Disaster story. Here are the samples of the picture and the flooring that he delivered. I wouldn’t trust this man or give him any money upfront before you see the product - the flooring looked like a Home Depot vinyl instead of wire brushed he showed me at his shop, -please be careful. I will write and post kitchen cabinets on the next review. this shop owner is a con artist .
