I am on the Building Committee at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and we chose 360 Impact for our window replacement based on product, price and their lifetime installation warranty. Our Project Manager was John. He was very knowledgeable and gave us options and suggestions and was there for us throughout the entire process. We were impressed with the installers. They were very efficient and did a great job, including putting up zip walls over every opening to keep the dust down and they cleaned everything up, so it looked like they had never been there. They installed 30 windows, 2 entry doors and a very large 6 panel center meet sliding glass door in 3 days with a passed county inspection the next day. Much quicker than we anticipated. The windows, doors and the sliding glass doors look fantastic and we have gotten a lot of compliments from our parishioners. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend 360 Impact and John if you're looking to replace your windows, doors or sliders with high quality impact rated products that are installed professionally.
I wish that I could do a decent review of 360 Impact Windows and Doors. We have used them twice . One window replacement and one exterior door replacement. Window replacement went very well. So well, in fact that we gave them a chance to replace our exterior door to our house. In June of 2025 we called them to give an estimate for our door. They promptly came out and gave us an estimate and we signed the contract with them in June of 2025, giving them a 50% deposit. ETA’s were given in a timely manner with a few delays along the way In January of 2026 we had an installation date. The installer came and we were told the door did not fit our opening. He put the old door back in and spoke with the office about getting it re-ordered. We were in contact with ladies from the installation department with several ETA’s, non which materialized. Whenever we were given a new delivery date we were never updated about the fact that they did not receive delivery and we had to initiate contact with them to get a new ETA. It has terribly frustrating and we requested our deposit back so we could look elsewhere. Whether the manufacturer is at fault, it doesn’t justify the lack of communication from the 360 office. It has been 10 months and we are still awaiting our deposit back. Photos of our old door after being re-installed. I am tired of looking at this. Please do your due diligence before signing with them.
I recently had all my windows and and a patio conversion done and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The team was professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. The consultation process was thorough, Jeramiah taking time to explain all my options and help me choose the best windows and doors for my home and budget. He was transparent about costs, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The installation crew was punctual, efficient and respectful to my home, leaving it clean and tidy afterward. the quality of the windows look great and they have already made a noticeable difference in the comfort and energy efficiency of my home. I highly recommend 360 Impact to anyone in need of windows and doors replacement. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is exemplary. I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning o then for future needs. Thank you all..
Absolutely shop elsewhere! Signed a contract for impact doors and windows with some interior repairs and work on 9/17/25 paying 50% upfront for the ordering and supplies. Even after sending the required state demand letter per FL Statutes as of 4/20/26 they have not pulled a permit, done any work towards installing doors or windows and other than hanging a couple sliding barn doors which were damaged as well as the wall and some cabinet handles which were also damaged due to drilling the wrong place no work has been completed. They have not even gotten the doors or windows in stock after 8 months. Filing a DBPR complaint, BBB complaint and have a call into a lawyer today.
HOA approval and permitting red tape is always a hassle (360 Impact took care of both) but we are 110% satisfied with the windows, the office staff (Alyssa), the sales staff (Chad and Jeremiah) and especially the installation team led by Rodrigo. I am pretty hard to satisfy but they did it! Price was good as well!
