Like most services you see online, I initially had my reservations. But all those worries melted away the moment Sam and Mike walked into our home. They were extremely professional and very informative. They did not push any extra services ad other reviews suggest. They informed us of what they had to offer and guided us down all the options. At the end of the day I not only chose the $97 cleaning special that was offered online for all my AC ducts and the dryer vent cleaning but I also opted to sanitized the system and install a UV light system. All for a fraction of the price that my local HVAC guy quoted a few months ago. You guys are the best and I will be recommending your services to all of my friends and relatives. I will also be recommending ot to all of the teachers in our County via social media.
I had such a great experience with Daniel from 101 Prime Solution. He came to our home to inspect our AC unit and noticed mold, which we were able to address right away. He did an amazing job cleaning the ducts, and I can definitely feel the difference in the air quality now. Daniel also suggested installing a Pure UV light in the unit—something I’ve been reading about for quite some time, and it is absolutely worth it. Thank you so much, Daniel, for your fantastic work.
